   Greeted with a name board at the immigration area (jet bridge flights) or at the terminal door where the apron bus drops off (remote-stand flights)

   AAL staff takes your passport and completes immigration at the Special Priority lane

3. 3

   Walk through the immigration booth without stopping or passport/visa checks

4. 4

   Escorted down to the checked baggage claim area

5. 5

   Staff completes your immigration formalities and returns the passport right after

6. 6

   Baggage collection at carousel, queuing and customs screening support, escorted out with your baggage

📄Required Information

• ▸Passport bio page (name, number, nationality, date of birth, expiry)*
• ▸Visa / entry approval letter / e-visa (if entering with a visa)*
• ▸Inbound flight details (flight number, arrival date)*
• ▸Book at least 12 hours before service time*
• ▸Surcharges not included (lounge ticket, penalty fees, customs duties if incurred)*
• ▸AAL is not legally liable for passenger baggage*
