Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AAL Fast Track services ("Service"), operated by AAL Fast Track ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AAL Fast Track provides premium airport assistance services including priority immigration lanes, escort services, and baggage handling at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), and Da Nang International Airport (DAD) in Vietnam.

3. Booking and Reservations

• Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled flight departure or arrival time.
• You must provide accurate passenger information including full name (as on passport), flight number, and travel date.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
• We reserve the right to reject bookings that contain false or incomplete information.

4. Payment

Payment is collected on-site at the airport by our staff upon service delivery. Prices displayed on the website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or approximate US Dollars (USD) for reference. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before service time are processed without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled service time.
• Passengers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, boarding pass).
• AAL Fast Track is not responsible for delays caused by immigration authorities, airline schedule changes, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAL Fast Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AAL Fast Track and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
